Rev. Doug Duerr is an author, coach, and ordained Unity minister. With joy and purpose, he excels in teaching, writing, coaching, and engaging talks.

He is a UWM Certified Ministry Consultant and Transition Specialist, peacemaker and is Dare to Lead Trained™ by Brené Brown. He guides individuals and communities through transformative leadership, infusing spiritual principles into life experiences. Grounded in Unity principles, Rev. Doug embodies an unstoppable spirit of love and care. Recognized as the compassionate companion, he believes authenticity arises from embracing vulnerability.

As a spiritual educator, he offers courses on self-discovery and purpose, embodying the core values of belonging and contribution. He serves as Vice – President of the Interim Ministry Network, dedicated to strengthening spiritual and organizational health. He is a Cohort Leader for UWSI Ministerial Program and is the Minister of Record for Unity on Greenville.
